The connection should look like this:

b. Tighten the screws on the two terminal blocks.

c. Install the terminal blocks on the interface board at their respective locations.

5. Connect the Nextiva relay:

a. Insert each relay wire into the proper location on the Verint terminal block.

b. Tighten the screws on the terminal block.

c. Install the terminal block on the Verint board.

d. Connect the other end of the relay cable at the proper location.

Connecting Ethernet

To establish the network connection, connect an Ethernet cable (not supplied) to the Verint

board installed on top of the interface board. Use a crossover cable to connect the IP

camera to a computer; use a straight-through cable if the connection is to a hub or switch

for integration with an IP network.

To perform the Ethernet connection:

1. Connect an Ethernet cable into the RJ-45 network connector on the Verint board

installed on top of the interface board.

2. Connect the other end of the cable into an Ethernet device.
